Before you buy
- What exactly do I get for the core price?
- The whole builder, for one partner visa case: the guided uploads, the questionnaires, the relationship story assembly, the statement tool, follow-up and Stage 2 packs, and a generated PDF pack for every evidence pillar. You can regenerate those packs as many times as you like as your evidence grows.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Every offer on this page is a one-time payment. There is no recurring charge anywhere in Mate Visa.
- What happens to my files?
- They stay in your account, hosted in Australia, for as long as you keep the account. Nothing is deleted automatically, and you can download your uploaded files from Settings at any time — or delete your account, and it goes.
- Do you write anything for me?
- No. We never write facts you didn't give us. Mate Visa organises, formats and presents what you provide; the words about your relationship are always yours.
- Can I get a refund?
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, including where something we've sold you isn't fit for purpose or doesn't match how we described it. If the builder doesn't do what this page says, contact us and we'll sort it out.
